Nicaragua PRIMO Espresso
This beautifully bodacious bean is our alternative to the notoriously famous Grandissimo Espresso Blend. The fact that it’s 100% Arabica makes it smoother and lighter than any blend with Robusta.
The medium/dark roast, gives it a natural unsweetened cocoa flavor. A lot of people say that this is the taste coffee “should be” when they drink it.
One day we were roasted Nicaragua longer than expected by accident. We brewed an Espresso with it and the it tasted awesome! We tried it out in a Hario v60 as a pour-over, and that was also great. A few more taste tests and we realized that it could be used across the brewing spectrum.
Best Brewing Method
Like I said above, this Coffee can be used with any Brewing Method because it’s so well-rounded.
