Grown with rich volcanic earth, Java coffee is very distinctive from all the other coffees found in this region of the Pacific. This coffee is fully washed and dry processed – meaning that you won’t get a fruity aftertaste.
Flavor
You’ll find that for a medium light roast, it’s a lot less acidic than any of the other beans you’ve had. It’s a very toned down flavor, clean taste that gives you a “full cup taste”. Know what that means? It means that you know you’re drinking coffee – without the feeling of getting smacked in the face with a bag of lemons.

This Coffee can be used with any Brewing Method because it’s so well-rounded, it’s been roasted for pourover/drip (v60, Chemex, Aeropress) – you’ll be very happy with the results.
