You’ll find that for a medium light roast, it’s a lot less acidic than any of the other beans you’ve had. It’s a very toned down flavor, clean taste that gives you a “full cup taste”. This Coffee can be used with any Brewing Method because it’s so well-rounded, it’s been roasted for pourover/drip (v60, Chemex, Aeropress) – you’ll be very happy with the results.
