Ethiopia was the “birthplace of Coffee”. The story goes; a million years ago some dude was hanging out, chilling with his goats in the plains somewhere waiting for something. Noticing how nobody was around, he got a little lonely and decided to take his favorite goat for some horizontal refreshment…
After searching far and wide, he finally spotted her hiding up in a tree. Every branch he climbed, she climbed two, and so he couldn’t catch her.
Having spent most of his energy between chasing the damn goat and imagining all the things he’d do with her – he grabbed a few of the same cherries she’d been chewing on.
And the rest is history…
So here we have this same Coffee. Brew it any way you want, just understand that it doesn’t guarantee you’ll be able to bring your al dente noodle to the spaghetti house.
The light roast allows you to get a light, sweet, and fruity cup of coffee.
Best Brewing Method
This Coffee can be used with any Brewing Method because it’s light roasted, it’s been roasted for pourover/drip (v60, Chemex, Aeropress). If you want to play with espresso or Mokka Pot, expect sourness.
