The nutty smell & taste will comfort you the same way both of your hands gently comfort the warm cup you’re holding in your hands.

Wake up in the morning, quietly – so she doesn’t notice you getting out of bed.  Turn on the hot water, delicately put the coffee in the brewer (for two people I use the Hario V60) and prepare it while everyone in the house is still asleep.

Pour two cups, add a bit of honey, stir it in, and slowly watch the steam rising from the cup.  Take a sip, and walk back into the bedroom.
