Since 1962, the Cuban government only allots it’s citizens ~120g/month of coffee. To stretch that amount, Cuban do things like mixing chickpeas and serving in tiny cups.

Best Brewing Method
These beans work for any brewing method. The medium roast will allow you to go high pressure (i.e. espresso & mokka pot) and get a deep rich taste, or go drip (Chemex, V60, Aeropress) and get a nutty cup.
