Don’t you find it slightly ironic that the country most known for producing the most popular upper on the planet is also supplying a decaffeinated coffee? I guess one is meant to compliment the other.
Because the process of removing caffeine also removes some of the edge from the bean, you’ll find that this has a very mild nutty aroma. You’ll get the flavor of coffee, that’s for sure – but don’t expect the jitters.
Best Brewing Method
This Coffee can be used with any Brewing Method because it’s so well-rounded, it’s been roasted for pourover/drip (v60, Chemex, Aeropress), but don’t be scared to bring it close to an espresso machine – you’ll be happy with the results.
