In fact, the Grandissimo Espresso blend is partially made up of Brazilian beans. This naturally processed Fazenda coffee is in the upper echelons of sexy – it’s literally up there (figuratively speaking) with the Brazilian waxing in terms of desirability.

Flavor

The medium roast and natural processing will give you a clearly nutty tone with a baffling aftertaste of nougat. I’ll just say that this bean probably won’t be available too long.

Best Brewing Method

This Coffee can be used with any Brewing Method because it’s so well-rounded, it’s been roasted for pourover/drip (v60, Chemex, Aeropress), but don’t be scared to bring it close to an espresso machine – you’ll be very happy with the results.
