AN EASY RECIPE TO KEEP YOUR

ICE COFFEE STRONG

HOW TO MAKE
COFFEE ICE CUBES

UPGRADE YOUR LEVEL OF COFFEE COOLNESS IN THE SUMMER WITH THIS LITLE RECIPE

Ever think about how to make coffee ice cubes?

First of WHY would you want to make these? The answer is simple: using regular ice cubes waters down your coffee as soon as it enters the cup. So by doing this, your iced coffee stay strong.

In this ridiculously easy recipe, I prepared four different types of coffee ice cubes:

     1. regular with no sugar

     2. with sugar

     3. with honey

     4. with sweet condensed milk

The reason why I used sugar and other sweeteners is because on its own, the coffee ice cube will do a weird type of crystallization. By adding sweetener, somehow this helps strengthen the bond. Don't ask me about the science, I just make coffee.

There are two things I want to point out; first, measure out the amount of liquid you'll need to fill the ice tray and the thing is that you can use these in mixed drinks as well as coffee.

Ok, go and make caffeine cool again - and have fun!
